Kyle Conder joined SMU as Sr. Associate A.D. for Compliance in July 2011. Conder arrived on the Hilltop from USC, where he was a Director of Athletics Compliance. In that capacity, he was responsible for compliance operations for several Trojan programs. At SMU, Conder serves as a senior management team member dedicated and focused on compliance. Prior to joining USC, Conder was the Assistant Provost for Athletics Compliance at Tulane, where he managed the compliance efforts for nearly 300 student-athletes in fourteen sports. He has also held positions in athletics at Nevada and UNLV. Conder earned a law degree from the UNLV School of Law and a B.A. from Nevada, working in Nevada's sports information office and participating as a practice player for the Nevada basketball program.
