2006 (Cross Country): Competed in three team events...teamed with Sierra Anderson in the Bear Relays for 12th place (30:45.38)...55th-place finish at the Texas A&M Invitational (21:02)...61st-place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional (23:06.0).

2006 (Track and Field): (Indoor) - At the Wes Kittley Invitational, member of the distance medley relay team which finished in second place (12:57.46)...at the Iowa State Classic, took 17th in the mile run prelims (5:33.59) and 87th in the finals (5:30.49) and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team which finished in sixth place (4:16.61)...(Outdoor) - At the Dr Pepper Invitational, placed 19th in the 1,500-meter run (4:59.49)...at the Arlington Invitational, placed sixth in the 3,000-meter run (11:20.00)...at the John Jacobs Invitational, placed 10th in the 1,500-meter run (5:18.17)...at the TCU Invitational, placed 21st in the 1,500-meter run (5:03.25)...at the North Texas Twilight, placed 10th in the 1,500-meter run (5:05.34).

2005 (Cross Country): Started the season placing third with teammate Jessica Jackson at Baylor Relays...competed at Roy Griak Invitational...finished fifth at North Texas Invitational...placed 47th at C-USA Championships.

2005 (Track and Field)Indoor - Member of distance medley team at Texas Relays (11:40.35)... 3000m time of 10:22.06 at the Arlington Invite... Ran the 1500m in 4:36.77 at the Florida Relays... Outdoor - Member of distance medley team that took first in the WAC Indoor Championships (12:00.28)... 800m time of 2:20.81 at the WAC Indoor Championships... Ran 1:33.18 in the 600 yard at Wes Kittley Classic.

2004 (Cross Country): Finished fourth at the Mean Green Opener (18:23)... Helped SMU finish second at the Stanford Invite, running 14:52... Ran 17:52 at the Murray Keating Invite... Helped SMU win the Chili Pepper Invite with a time of 21.55... Ran 21:52 at the South Central Championships... Helped SMU finish 22nd at the NCAA Championships, running 23.01.

Prep: Lettered all four years in high school... Was a three-time district champion for cross country and a four-time district champion for track... Was second in state track in the 800 meter competition... Holds high school record in the mile, 800, and 3200 events.

Personal: Majoring in journalism... Parents are Paul and Thelma... Is an only child.
