Olivia Bailey will serve as the Director of Operations for the SMU volleyball program in 2014. She served as a student assistant for the Mustangs during the 2013 season while completing her degree in communications. The 2014 graduate played one season at SMU after three years at Loyola Marymount. Bailey is a Dallas native and attended high school at The Hockaday School.

2012 (Sr.): Named to the Conference USA All-Academic team...Played in 103 sets over 27 matches with 24 starts after missing the first three...Ranked fifth in Conference USA with 980 assists, averaging 9.51 per set in her first season at SMU...Had a team-high nine double-double, going back-to-back twice...Recorded at least 40 assists in 12 matches, including a season-high 53 in four sets at UCF (10/5)...Named C-USA Setter of the Week on Oct. 8, posting 85 assists in seven sets over two matches...Had a career-high 20 digs against Arkansas-Little Rock (9/15)...Also had 19 service aces and 46 blocks.
