2008-09 (Sr.): Singles: Alternating between No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 positions... ended the season with a 17-7 record... Doubles: Paired with Monica Neveklovska finished with a 12-2 record at the No. 2 and 3 position... also paired with Sophie Quist and Casey Kennedy to finish the season 13-6.

2007-08 (Jr.): Compiled a 10-8 singles record, playing mostly No. 4... Won her first two matches of the season over Harvard and Brown and downed opponents from ranked Texas Tech and UNLV... Paired with Monica Neveklovska to win three straight doubles matches before Neveklovska suffered a season-ending injury... Paired with Nicole Briceno to end the season... Blazed through the qualifying draw at the ITA Regional Tournament, knocking off opponents from Sam Houston State and North Texas, advancing to the main draw... Paired with Pavi Francis in doubles to advance to the quarterfinals of the consolation bracket at ITA Regionals... Teamed up with Francis to win the Doubles A consolation bracket of the HEB Baylor Invitational... Compiled a 3-1 record at the Rice Invitational, beating opponents from Arkansas State, Lamar and Texas... Won her singles draw at the Mean Green Invitational.

2006-07 (So.): Named to C-USA Commissioners Honor Roll... Played singles at No. 6 at beginning of season and then was bumped up to No. 5 towards the end... Went 12-7 in singles in dual matches... Paired with Monica Neveklovska at No. 3 doubles and a few matches at No. 2... The pair posted a 15-5 record including ending the season on seven-match win streak... Took win over No. 56 pair from Tulsa at No. 3 doubles.

Fall of 2006: Went 1-2 in Green Draw of Baylor Invite in singles action... Paired with Pavi Francis in doubles play in Gold Draw of Baylor Invite... Competed at the ITA Regionals... Played doubles at the ITA Regionals with Claire Rietsch.

2005-06 (Fr.): Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll Member... Named to C-USA All-Conference third team... Saw most playing time at No. 4 singles, but played some at No. 3 and No. 5... Paired with several teammates throughout the season in doubles play... Won 11 of her last 15 matches... Helped guide team to second-place finish at C-USA Championship... Went undefeated in doubles play of C-USA Championship as she paired with Monica Neveklovska for wins over Rice, Tulsa and UCF duos... Reid and Neveklovska took win over Tulsa duo to advance Mustangs to finals of C-USA Championship... Took win from UCF opponent in first match of C-USA Championship... Longest win-streak was four in a row, three different times... Doubles duo posted five-match win streak in doubles towards end of season.

Previous Playing Experience: Began playing tennis in the sixth grade... Was trained by David Anderson at the elite Brookhaven Tennis Academy in Dallas, Texas... Achieved Super Champ status at age 16, qualifying for both the Hard Court and Clay Court National Championships... Ranked as high as No. 8 in Texas in the 18's as a junior... Awarded the Dallas Morning News Player of the Week... Also received the Pachebo Award at Brookhaven for her dedication, work ethic and achievement during her junior tennis career.

Personal: Kristen is the daughter of Curt and Karen Reid of McKinney... Has a sister Richelle, 19... Ranked in the top 10% of her graduating class and member of the National Honor Society... Chose SMU for the city and the tennis team... Favorite things about playing for SMU are the team and the coaches... Majoring in business...
