Prior to SMU: A member of the Swedish National team... Competed in the 2008 European SC Championships as well as the 2008, 2010 and 2012 European LC Championships... Placed third in the 400-medley relay at the 2012 European Championships... Earned bronze in the 50-freestyle at the 2008 World Junior Championships... Was a member of the 400-medley relay team that earned bronze in the 2007 European Junior Championships... Took bronze in the 100-freestyle at the 2006 European Junior Championships... Won silver medals at the 2005 Youth Olympics in the 50- and 100-freestyle... Swam club for Malmo Kappsimningsklubb under coach Johan Andersson... Also lettered in gymnastics and tennis.
