2011-12 (Fr.): NCAA Championship: Placed 35th in the 100-yard backstroke, 35th in the 200-yard backstroke, 54th in the 50-yard freestyle, and was a member of the eighth-place 200-yard freestyle relay and 11th place 400-yard freestyle relay teams 3/15-17 at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships... Finished 10th in the 100- and 200-meter backstrokes 3/29-31 at the Indy Grand Prix... Conference USA Championship: Won the 50-yard freestyle, was second in the 200-yard backstroke, placed third in the 100-yard backstroke, and was a member of the winning and meet record-setting 200-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard freestyle relay squads 2/15-18 at the Conference USA Championships... Placed second in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles, and was a member of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay and second-place 200-yard medley relay squads 2/4 at Texas... Won the 100-yard freestyle and was a member of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay 1/25 at TCU... Took second in the 200-yard backstroke, and was a member of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay and second-place 400-yard medley relay teams 1/21 at Houston... Came in 13th in the 100-meter backstroke and 14th in the 200-meter backstroke 1/20-22 at the Austin Grand Prix... Set a Columbian national record in the 200-meter backstroke (2:18.38) and placed 24th in the 100-meter backstroke (1:03.46) 12/1-3 at the AT&T Winter National Championships... Took second in the 50-yard freestyle, third in the 200-yard backstroke, and was a member of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay, the first-place 400-yard freestyle relay, the second-place 200-yard medley relay and the second-place 400-yard medley relay teams 11/17-19 at the Cougar Classic... Won the 50- and 100-yard freestyles, and was a member of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay team 11/4 against North Texas and Wyoming... Placed second in the 50-yard freestyle and was a member of the second place 200-yard medley relay and the 10/21-22 in the SMU Classic.
