Dominique Diezi is in her second season on the Hilltop. A native of Zurich, Switzerland, Diezi joined the Mustangs with an impressive coaching and swimming career. During her time here, Diezi will serve as the co-director of the Mustangs Swim Camp.

With a degree in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University in 2001, Diezi is an ESL teacher for adults and children. Aside from English and German, she also speaks French and Spanish. She was the assistant coach at University of Louisville in 2002-2003, and after her college swimming career at Northwestern University, served as the volunteer assistant coach at her alma mater from 2000-2001.

A member of the Switzerland's National team from 1992-2004, Diezi competed in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, four World Championships, two World University Games and several European Championships. She currently holds several national records in various sprint events.

During her collegiate career at Northwestern, Diezi was a member of the All-Big Ten team from 1997-2000 and won 16 All-American honors. She currently holds school records in the 100 back and three different relays at Northwestern.

She has also worked as a counselor for the Swiss Swimming in age group development programs.
