Caroline Wells enters her first complete season (2013-14) as an assistant women's swimming and diving coach after coming to the program in December of 2012.

Wells comes to the Hilltop after a successful swimming career at the University of Wyoming. A four-year letterwinner for the Cowgirls, Wells was part of a 4x200 relay team that once owned the school standard.

In the fall of 2012, Wells served as a high performance intern for the National Team at USA Swimming. She has also worked swim camps for Wyoming and as a masters, novice and intermediate coach for the Corvallis Aquatic Team. Wells was also a swim fitness instructor at Oregon State University.

A 16-year veteran of the sport, Wells has competed at various levels across the country.

Wells was born in Newport, R.I., and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology and health promotion in 2012.
