Women's Golf

Entry 6 by Lacey Jones:

Well what can I say? Another tough golf course for the mustangs and everyone who played at the University of Texas Tournament. It was my fourth year to play at the UT Golf Club and the course played as difficult as ever with the 25 mile an hour winds. Even in the tough conditions it was hard to ignore the beauty of the course and appreciate its unique design.

The ponies fought hard and hung in there and jumped up 3 spots after the rainout on Tuesday! We were not satisfied with our results, but the only thing to do was to come back to Dallas and work on it. Indeed, that's what we are doing. We are getting prepared for the next event in Norman, OK at OU's Jimmie Austin. Three of us are really excited to go back to our home state and play on some familiar ground. It should be a lot of fun. Come out and join us!!!!! Go Ponies!!!!
