Mustangs Earn No. 6 Seed in National Championship

SMU faces No. 11 New Mexico State on April 18 at 9:00 a.m.

2013-14 (Jr.) - Team captain... SMU Mustang Character Award winner...Went 6-7-1 in horsemanship and 6-8 in reining in her first Western season with the program...Earned two MOP honors, one a piece in horsemanship and reining...Won 3 of her 4 NCEA Championship matchups, including a sweep in the NCEAs in horsemanship.

2012-13 (So.) - Made 13 appearances over fences and five on the flat...Posted a fences record of 8-5, including an MVP performance against Sacred Heart...Defeated her opponent from New Mexico State on the fences, earning a NCEA First Round victory.

2011-12 (Fr.): Posted a combined record of 8-12-1, with a 2-4-1 mark over fences and going 6-8 on the flat... National Championships: earned a 156-149 win over fences 4/13 against No. 9 Kansas State and had a 161-108 victory over fences 4/12 vs. No. 12 Tennessee-Martin... Scored a point on the flat with a 68-64 decision 3/2 against South Dakota State... Recorded a 76-75 win on the flat 11/12 at No. 5 Baylor... Had a 71-69 victory on the flat 10/28 vs. No. 4 South Carolina... Went 3-0 on the flat 10/21-23; 73-71 10/23 at Sacred Heart, 82-73 10/22 at Delaware State, and 83-81 10/21 vs. New Mexico State.

Prep:Trained under the instruction of Ann Pennington and Frank Dimarsico... Rode for Pennington Farms (Fla.) and North Star Farm (N.Y.)... Also lettered in tennis and lacrosse... Named All-State in tennis while serving as team captain...
