Kazijevs Defeated NCAA Semifinalist In Singles, While The Pair Defeated NCAA Runner-up

2010-11 (Sr.): Singles: Went 0-2 in singles play... Lost to Christian Saravia of Rice 6-7 (2-7), 6-2, 4-6 in the Conference USA Semifinals on April 23...Fell 6-7 (5-7), 6-7 (18-20) to Daniel Sanchez of TCU on April 13... Doubles: Went 6-3 in doubles action... Played a majority of the season with Adham el-Effendi... Won both doubles matched with el-Effendi in the Conference USA Tournament, picking up a win over UAB's Chris Helliar and Danny Manlow (8-6), and Rice's Christian Saravia and Michael Nuesslein 8-4... Lost to Saravia and Nuesslein 8-9 (5-7) on April 16... Posted a four-match win streak from March 31 - April 10, working with el-Effendi and Gaston Cuadranti.

2008-09 (So.): Was 14-4 in singles play, the best winning percentage of any Mustang who had played at least 15 matches... Went 7-1 at the No. 4 slot... Ended the season going 8-2 in his last 10 matches... Beat Maros Horny from No. 7 Baylor, 2-6, 6-2, 6-2... Teamed with Adham El-Effendi to go a staggering 15-6 in doubles on the year, including 12-1 at the No. 2 slot.

2007-08 (Fr.): Won all six of his singles matches in the spring... In doubles, paired with Taylor St. Eve to record a 6-3 mark... Beat Vishnu Rajam of Rice at the Midland Invitational before falling to Nick Meister of UCLA... Paired with Taylor St. Eve to beat Texas A&M's top pair of Chirlco and Makowski at the Midland Invitational... Won D Flight singles at the Rice Invitational.

2006-07: Redshirted.
