2012-13 (So.): Finished 13th in the 100 butterfly, 14th in the 200 butterfly and 16th in the individual medley at the Southwest Collegiate Plunge... Placed 10th in the 800 freestyle relay (Mace Mulleady, Fernando Lara, Mitchell Towne), 13th in the 200 freestyle relay (Braeden Newton, Marshall McCann, Nelson Turk) and placed 32nd in the 50 freestyle at the Cougar Invitational.

2011-12 (Fr.): Competed in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard butterfly, 200-yard individual medley, 200-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard medley relay, 400-yard freestyle relay, 400-yard medley relay, 800-yard freestyle relay.

Prior to SMU: Was a International Baccalaureate Diploma recipient and a National Honor Society member... Was the Rookie of the Year and three-time Most Valuable Swimmer... Holds the high school records in 100m butterfly, 100m breaststroke and 200m individual medley.

Personal: Anticipated mechanical engineering mathematics and German major... Chose SMU for the school's swimming and engineering programs as well as the beautiful campus... Enjoys playing electric guitar and bouldering... Lists Remi Gaillard as his favorite athlete... Parents are Thomas and Barbara Mozdzen... Has two sisters.
