Earned fourth place honors in the three-meter dive and placed sixth in the one-meter dive at the Georgia Diving Invite... Placed seventh in the one-meter dive and ninth in the three-meter dive as he competed in the first two events of his career at the Texas A&M Invitational... Finished 11th in the one-meter dive at the U.S. Diving National Finals... HONORS: All-American Athletic Conference (one-meter dive, three-meter dive).

Prior to SMU: Four-time high school All-America... 2012 USA Diving Junior National Champion in the three-meter dive... A finalist at the 2012 Olympic trials... Won both the one-meter and three-meter events at the U.S.A. Diving Spring Junior Region Eight Championships... Won the one-meter and three-meter events at the Junior West National Championships.

Personal: He is the son of Krista Wilson Klein, who was an All-America selection and a two-time NCAA Championship and six-time Southwest Conference Champion at SMU. During her career, she also was a three-time U.S. Senior National Champion and member of the United States National Diving Team from 1988-94. She was the winner of the 1991 NCAA Diver of the Year Award, the 1990 and 1991 Dallas All-Sports Association Champions Award, the 1990, 1991 SWC Scholar/Athlete award, the 1991 GTE Scholar/Athlete award, the 1991 Southern Methodist University Scholar/Athlete award and the 1991 Texas woman of the year award, the 1991 NCAA Post Graduate Scholarship award.
