Vote Adam Still - Lowe's Senior CLASS Award Finalist

DALLAS (SMU) - SMU men's soccer player Adam Still has been named to the CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-America District VII Team, the College Sports Information Directors of America announced. This is Still's third district honor.

Still, a senior from Colleyville, Texas, holds a 3.91 GPA in business administration with a concentration in accounting. The Mustang captain has started 13 games this season, averaging 92 minutes per game, and recorded an assist on the overtime game-winning goal against Dartmouth.

The defender is a finalist for the 2011 Lowe's Senior CLASS Award, a national honor based on excellence in the community, classroom, character and competition. In 2010, Still was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America third team, was a District VI All-America and was named to the Conference USA All-Academic team. He was also a 2009 District VI All-America honoree. Still is a three-time C-USA Academic Medal recipient and a three-time member of the C-USA Commissioner's honor roll.

SMU closes out the regular season with Senior Night against Memphis tonight, Nov. 4, at Westcott Field at 7 p.m. Seniors Joe Cooper, Diogo de Almeida, Payton Hickey, Arthur Ivo, Ian Kalis, Ryan Rosenbaum and Still will all be honored in a pregame ceremony.
