2007: Team tri-captain with Scott Corbin and Bruno Guarda ... Drafted in the Major League Soccer Supplemental Draft by FC Dallas ... One of the premier defensive midfielders in the nation ... Third-team Academic All-America (by CoSIDA and ESPN The Magazine) ... First-Team All-Midwest Region (National Soccer Coaches of America Association) ... Named to Conference USA All-Academic Team ... First-team All-Conference USA ... Had seven points on three goals and an assist ... Scored both SMU goals to lead Mustangs to 2-2 tie at then-No. 23 Tulsa (Oct. 1), earning Conference USA Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors.

2006: Started in all 23 games...took 20 shots (four on goal)...third-team All-Conference USA selection...tore his ACL in SMU's NCAA second-round game against UCSB.

2004-05 (at St. John's University): Started in 21 games for the 13th-ranked Red Storm in 2005, scoring one goal on five shots...named to the National Team of the Week (Oct. 10) for role in team's fifth and sixth straight shutout a freshman, he appeared in 13 games with one start.

High School: Graduate of Dublin Coffman High School...four-year letterwinner and two-time team captain...earned All-Conference, All-District and All-State honors in 2003...Region III All-USA team member in 2003...tallied 30 career goals and 28 career assists...the leading scorer for both his high school and club team (Ohio Thunder) from 2002-04, leading the Thunder to five state titles and a national runner-up title in 2001.
