DALLAS (SMU) - It's a bit early for snow and the forecast for Saturday is sunny and beautiful, but SMU is hoping for a lot of white on Saturday, Sept. 10th, as the SMU Athletic Department today announced a "WHITE OUT" for the home opener, when the Mustangs take on C-USA rival UTEP. Fans attending the game are asked to wear white to show support for the Mustangs.

On the heels of back-to-back bowl berths and Conference USA Western Division Championships, SMU opens conference play in its home opener. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
