- Had a blocked FG, stopping a 33-yard attempt with 16 seconds left in the first half. - Now has 13 career blocked kick (7 FGs, 6 PATs), which ties for 3rd in NCAA history, it also extends his SMU record - Now has 7 career blocked FGs, which is 3rd in NCAA history. (Record is 8; James Ferebee, New Mexico St, 1978-81; Terrence Holt, N.C. St, 1999-02)



Cole Beasley (WR) (Biletnikoff Award watch list)
- Had a career-high 10 receptions and becomes 13th player at SMU with at least 10 receptions in a game
- Had 99 receiving yards; now has 2074 career receiving yards, which is 7th at SMU
- Had 10 receptions; now has 186 career receptions, which moves him into a tie for 3rd at SMU

Zach Line (RB) (watch lists for: Doak Walker, Maxwell Award)
- Had 2 rushing TDs, now has 20 for his career
- Had 114 rushing yards and now has 1925 yards in his career, which moves him to 13th at SMU
