A member of the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll; Prep: Averaged 6.5 pancake blocks per game with 65 in 10 contests... Led Cuero to a 14-1 record and the state semifinals in 2004... Allowed zero sacks and graded out at 96 percent... Also played some defensive tackle... A second-team All-State selection... Named the Victoria Advocate's Area Lineman of the Year... A first-team All-District selection... An Academic All-State and All-District honoree... Chose SMU over TCU, Rice, UTEP, Texas Tech, Colorado and Tulsa; Personal: An engineering pre-major.
