Sophomore (2007): Played in all 12 games... Had multiple carries in every game... Had perhaps his best game of the year against UTEP, rushing for 149 yards on 26 carries... Scored pairs of TDs against the Miners and North Texas... Had 526 yards on 108 carries on the season... Also caught 13 passes for 144 yards; Freshman (2006): Was an All-Freshman Conference USA pick by both the coaches and the media... Made the most of his opportunity against Arkansas State when SMU was without three other backs, breaking out for a team-season-high 132 yards and a score on 14 carries... Made his presence known again in the UAB win, rushing for 48 yards on just five carries and notching SMU's go-ahead score on a 30-yard TD run... Ran for 321 yards and two TDs on the year... Also caught four passes for 28 yards; 2005: Redshirted; Prep: Named District 9-3A MVP... Played quarterback in a run-oriented offense, rushing for 2,487 yards and 31 TDs on 293 carries and fumbling only once... Also completed 49 passes for 875 yards and seven scores... Led Royce City to a 12-3 record and the state semifinals... Named first-team All-Area by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram... Also lettered in baseball and basketball... Runs a 4.5 second 40-yard dash...
