Thirteen Mustangs Earn Conference USA Season Honors

Line, Hunt, Davis Named First-Team All-Conference USA

Junior (2011): Named first-team All-C-USA... Named MVP in back-to-back bowl games... Wrapped up 2011 with a seven-catch, 120-yard, one-TD performance in SMU's BBVA Compass Bowl win over Pitt... Had 79 catches for 1,188 yards and eight TDs on the season... Ranked fourth in the league in yards per game (86.0) and sixth in receptions per game, averaging 6.0... Broke out with an eight-catch, 127-yard game against Northwestern State and followed that up with a two-TD, 10-catch, 116-yard day at Memphis... Put his stamp on the TCU win, notching 152 receiving yards for his third straight 100-yard game and tying career highs with 12 catches and two receiving TDs... He returned to the century club with a seven-catch, 135-yard performance in the Tulane win... Notched eight grabs for 123 yards and a TD in the regular season finale against Rice.

Sophomore (2010): Saw playing time in 13 games with 10 starts... Had 78 receptions for 845 yards and six touchdowns...Teamed with Cole Beasley to accumulate 165 receptions, a single-season tandem record... Teamed with Aldrick Robinson to tie a single-season tandem record of 20 touchdowns... Returned 10 punts... Caught seven passes for two touchdowns... Had 12 receptions (ninth highest single-game total) and a touchdown at Navy... Notched eight catches, 102 yards and a touchdown against Tulsa... Hauled in nine throws for 105 yards in the C-USA Championship Game at UCF... Had a season-high 152 receiving yards in the Armed Forces Bowl.

Freshman (2009): Played in four games, catching 10 passes for 107 yards... Had a beautiful diving TD grab in the season-opening win against SFA... Named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team.

Prep: Three-star prospect... Had 29 catches for 421 yards and seven TDs in 2007... Also returned a punt for a TD in 2007... Ranked as the No. 68 wide receiver in the nation by Rivals... A two-star prospect... Earned first-team all-district honors as a junior... Also ran in the state track meet, with his 400m relay taking sixth place... Held offers from Boston College, Iowa State, Houston and North Texas.
