Rejoins the team after missing the 2008 season; Sophomore (2007): Played in 10 games and started eight... Set a Conference USA record with 26 tackles at Arkansas State... Also had double-digit tackle games at TCU (10) and Memphis (11)... Returned an interception 49 yards for a touchdown to seal the UNT win... Tied for the team lead with 82 season stops; Freshman (2006): Played in all 12 games, earning the start at free safety for the last four games... Had 29 tackles and four pass breakups on the season... Had a season-high nine tackles against Houston... Had six-stop games at ECU and Rice... Also broke up a pair of passes against the Pirates; 2005: Saw time at Texas A&M notching three stops before suffering an injury and sitting out the season as a medical redshirt; Prep: As a running back in 2004, racked up 1,240 yards on 142 carries including a season-long of 78 yards... A first-team All-District 15-5A pick... Also named to the Houston Chronicle's All-Northside Houston squad... A member of Dave Campbell's Texas Top 300...
