SMU Postgame Notes - October 13, 2012 - SMU at Tulane

Junior (2014): Played and started 11 games, leading the team in catches with 54... Totaled 379 receiving yards, including two 100-yard performances - 100 (at East Carolina) and 108 (at Connecticut)... Had two touchdown receptions... SINGLE GAME RECORDS: Had 13 receptions for 100 yards at East Carolina, tying the SMU mark for most catches in a game by a junior (Emanuel Tolbert at Baylor, 1978); tied for sixth-most catches ever at SMU... CAREER RECORDS: Ninth in 100-yard receiving games (5), second in 10+ reception games (5)... Tied for ninth with Korey Beard for career receptions (165)... HONORS: Named to the 2014 Biletnikoff Watch List before the season.

Sophomore (2013): Played in all 12 games, starting 10... Second on the team and in SMU history with 103 receptions, for 808 yards (67.3 per game), including a long of 45 and five touchdowns... SINGLE GAME RECORDS: 12 receptions in a game twice (Montana State and at Cincinnati), good for 11th at SMU... SEASON RECORDS: 13th in 100-yard reception games (3), second in receptions (103), 17th in receiving yards (808) and second in 10+ reception games (4).

Freshman (2012): Played in 10 games... Had seven receptions for 70 yards... Scored his first career TD at Tulane... Team posted top-10 school efforts in scoring, scoring average, total offense, passing yards, passing TDs, completions, attempts, completion percentage and first downs among others.

2011: Appeared in one game before suffering an injury... Awarded a medical redshirt.

Prep: A three-star and recruit... As a senior, totaled 460 receiving yards and five touchdowns on offense, and 50 tackles and two interceptions on defense... An All-District 3-5A selection... High school teammate of fellow Mustang Ronnell Sims... Also played basketball and ran track.
