2003-04 (Junior): Named to the Academic All-District VI Team and the Academic All-WAC Team... Recorded 15 points, seven boards and four steals in the season finale against Nevada... Had seven assists in the WAC Tourney win over Tulsa... Notched a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds in the win at Tulsa... Was perfect against UTEP, going 3-of-3 from the floor and the line while adding five assists and three steals... Had five assists and four steals in 42 minutes against Fresno State... Scored 10 points in SMU's win over Nevada... Had a strong effort at Boise State with 10 points, eight boards and four assists... A Verizon Academic All-District and Academic All-WAC selection... Pulled down a game-high 13 boards versus Tulsa... Scored a team-high 21 points and added six rebounds and two blocks at Nevada... Just missed a double-double with 14 points and nine boards versus San Jose... Had 13 points and seven boards in 39 minutes versus Boise State... Scored 10 points, hitting a pair of three-pointers, and added seven boards and a steal versus UTEP... 2001-02 (Freshman): Missed much of the WAC season with an oblique fracture of the fourth metacarpal in his right hand... SMU's post offense struggled in his absence... Recorded his first double-double with 16 points and 18 rebounds versus Oral Roberts... Scored 13 points and had four rebounds against Tennessee and All-SEC big man Ron Slay... Huge night versus LaSalle, 15 points and seven rebounds on 5-of-7 shooting... Netted 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting at Baylor while adding seven boards... Began the season as a starter... Had six rebounds and three points versus Savannah State... Pulled down a game-high seven boards while adding five points and a steal in SMU's exhibition win over the EA Sports All-Stars... Continued his work on the glass against Czech Select, netting five caroms.

High School: Four-year starter in high school... Led his team to the state class 2A title as a senior and a 27-2 record... Averaged 19.2 points and 12.3 rebounds per game while making 68 percent of his field goal attempts... Named first-team All-State and state tournament MVP as a senior...Named Oklahoma All State Player of the Year... Named to The Oklahoman's Super 5 after his senior season... A McDonald's All-America Game nominee... Scored 1,882 career points to rank second on his school's all-time list... Also grabbed 1,127 rebounds in his prep career... Earned scholar-athlete awards from the U.S. Army Reserve and The Oklahoman... Team went 25-3 and advanced to the state semifinals as a junior when he averaged 19.0 points and 10.1 rebounds... Averaged 19.1 points and 10.1 rebounds in a 21-5 sophomore season... Also lettered in soccer as a freshman and in track as a senior... Placed third in the state in the shot put.
