I googled "toughness quotes" and this one popped up. I love it. How true!

We have struggled with toughness at times over the last three years. I want mentally tough players that can think the game. We all do. I put players through toughness drills and be show film of situations where we can improve.

Talent alone will not prevail. You need CMT. (I love acronyms.) to be successful. I would rather have less talent and more CMT because I feel CMT will win out in the long run. The challenge for us is CMT is difficult to evaluate at times!

Here are some of my favorite all time CMT players:
- Michael Jordan
- Larry Bird
- Peyton Manning
- Tom Brady
- Magic Johnson

These players may not be the most physically talented players, but they are winners. They win with their mind and their will!
