"Sunday"
I try to keep Sunday as a family day as much as possible. It is not always easy when you have games or recruits to see, but last Sunday was one of the best Sundays I have had. It started off with church at HPUMC Cornerstone where Pastor Paul Rasmussen does a wonderful job. He always delivers a great message. We then loaded up the mini-van with the family and three girls that are on my daughter's cheer squad. Pass the Tylenol. We headed up to UNT for a big cheerleading competition. We dropped the girls off and then went to Rudy's BBQ with Kelly and Tucker. We ate some good food and watched the NY Giants dismantle the Ravens. The cheer competition started at 3:30pm and Hattie's squad came in first place in their division! It was fun to see "my little girl" out there performing and executing their cheers.
Then we headed home as a family and got to relax at the house. Later that evening Tucker and I watched the Cowboys beat the Redskins!
Talk about good Sundays!
