"Travel"
As my travel was going smoothly.....BOOM.....I get hit with delays and frustrations.
East coast....alarm goes off at 4am....out the door by 4:30am for a 6am flight....drop car off at Hertz at 4:45am.....not having to check bags I should be good.
Right?

The shuttle bus takes 20 minutes to pick us up.....the crowd swells at the curb.....anxious as we wait....I finally get to the American Airlines kiosk at 5:20am....should be good...

Who invented the word "kiosk" anyway??
I put my credit card in the kiosk and I get a message to see an agent....great...I get on the line waiting patiently...seriously...I was...a spot at the counter opens up and I step up...to Ms. Grumpy!! I quickly understand that Grump is in control...tick, tick, tick...FINALLY she checks me in saying that I was almost a minute late for check-in.
