I arrived from Seattle at 6:45am into JFK and was in my sister's Atlantic Beach (NY) house at 7:30am! Kissed the kids and napped for two hours. We hung around reading the paper and drinking coffee and then we hit the beach for an afternoon of "boogie boarding" and throwing the football on the beach. It was a beautiful day and I was glad to spend it on the beach with my family.

Tomorrow we go to Shea Stadium for a Mets game at noon!
