When you are in LA, you bump into celebrities! Today I got to meet Denzel Washington! There is no bigger star in my eyes than him! I enjoy his movies a great deal....Remember the Titans....American Gangster....Crimson Tide....

What was neat was the way he greeted my friend and I. Fred Quartlebaum and I are both New Yorkers and Denzel is from NY. He always has on his Yankee hat! Denzel made us feel like old friends. Fred graduated from Fordham as did Denzel. Denzel told us that he played on the freshmen team there under PJ Carlesimo!! PJ is now the coach of the NBA Sonics, now Oklahoma City.
