Today we met as a staff to cover the first ten days of the recruiting period. We organized our notes in preparation for today so we could share our evaluations with each other. It is a time consuming process, but VERY necessary. Our meeting lasted three hours as we broke down players and discussed our needs.

Roy Williams once said, "Recruiting is like shaving, if you miss a day, everyone notices!"
