Ok. I don't have any April Fools jokes, but can you believe it's April? Time is flying! I was out with my kids last night and it felt nice to be settled in the community after two years.

The coaching profession is volatile as coaches get hired and fired on a regular basis. The fallout is tough on spouses and children. I just started reading Tony Dungy's book: “Quiet Strength”. It opens with Tony getting fired at Tampa Bay.

He is a class act! All that he has been through...losing a son....losing a job....winning a Super Bowl. He has great perspective!

He is a great model for all coaches.....all people!
