External Organizations are defined as any individual or group requesting to use a SMU Athletics Facility that is not through a SMU Department or SMU Organization
Concessions (food and drink) and Parking are the property of SMU. No food or drink may be sold or brought into the facility. Other items sold at the event must have prior approval of the SMU Athletics Department. The use of tobacco (smoke or smokeless), alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited on SMU property.
SMU Athletics is not committed to any event until the event is approved by SMU and the SMU Facility Rental Contract is fully executed by all parties.
SMU Athletics reserves the right to adjust these rates due to timeliness of request, seasonal demand, availability of personnel and nature of the event.

Please fill out the facility rental application and email to kharris@smu.edu. Upon receipt of the application, SMU will contact you to discuss the details of your special event.
Food & Beverage Service
SMU Athletics is pleased to partner with University Catering for all special events. Arrangements for food and beverage must be coordinated through University Catering at 214.768.2368.
