Wow! For the FIRST TIME IN SMU HISTORY, YOUR MUSTANGS ARE HEADED TO THEIR FOURTH CONSECUTIVE BOWL! This year, it is a return trip to Hawaii, where the current bowl streak began, as SMU has accepted an invitation to the 11th Sheraton Hawaii Bowl.

This is your one stop information source for all things related to SMU's fourth straight bowl berth. We have attempted to provide as much initial clarity as possible, and we will update information in the coming days as we have more specific communication from bowl officials and announce travel packages.

Click HERE to visit the official Sheraton Hawaii Bowl website.

How much are tickets and where can I purchase them?
Ticket prices are determined by the individual bowl and are available through SMU. As a special incentive, if you purchase tickets online HERE before 5 p.m. on December 7th, you will earn 10 bonus Priority Points. (Limit 10 Priority Points per account for the special). Tickets purchased by phone or in person will not receive this bonus.

If you have questions about tickets, please call (214) SMU-GAME (768-4263). If you reach our ticket sales recording, we appreciate your patience and will return your call within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.). IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS THROUGH SMU.

Where is the SMU section?
Fans purchasing tickets through the SMU Ticket Office will be located in one of the SMU designated sections. Seat locations, when released in the coming days, will be allocated based on the Priority Point System.

How many tickets can I purchase?
There is no limit to the number of tickets you can order. HOWEVER, your PRIORITY consideration for seat locations is equal to the number of season tickets you currently hold. All other tickets requested above your season ticket quantity will be fulfilled after all priority requests are allocated. This may result in all seats being located together or seats above your ticket priority being located in a different section.

How will actual ticket locations for SMU fans be allocated?
The SMU Ticket Office is currently taking orders for bowl tickets and will continue doing so until we sell out of our allotment. Tickets will be allocated based on SMU's Priority Point System, and the deadline for ordering with priority seating will be Friday, December 7th, at 5 p.m.

After 5 p.m. on December 7th, ticket orders will be allocated and fulfilled based on the Priority Points System. Any remaining tickets would then be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets ordered through the SMU Ticket Office will be located in Mustang fan sections, which are designated by the bowl. For more information about the priority point system, please click HERE.

All orders received prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7th will be included in the first round of allocations.

I cannot make the game, but would like to purchase tickets and donate them to one of SMU's community outreach programs. Is this possible?
Absolutely! In addition to a wonderful sense of pride and community fulfillment, there is also a possible tax advantage to donating bowl tickets, while also helping us sell out of our bowl allotment. Please email tickets@smu.edu and a Mustang Club representative will contact you about your donation.

How may I pick-up tickets I purchase?
When you place your ticket order through the SMU Ticket Office, you will have three options:

You may pick up your tickets at the SMU Ticket Office in advance of the trip (You will receive an email when ready if you choose this option).

You may elect to have your tickets mailed up until December 10th. When placing your online order, please indicate you the option that you would like your tickets mailed.

You can pick up your tickets at the SMU Will Call booth on site at Aloha Stadium. Information on will call at Aloha Stadium can be found HERE.
